I sold these Gift Cards to this company and sent them from phoenix to their processing center in Colorado using their printed labels. The wait time for processing is 5-7 business days. I followed up after 7 days to find out where my payment was and was told that due to technical problems I would have to wait until the 10/30/11. Called back on 10/31/11 because I still hadn't received payment and was told to wait 2-3 more business days. on 11/1/11 I received a email from (2) separate persons: Jehnna Koch & Alexis that payment would be in my Paypal account by 11/2/11. I still have not received payment and continue to get told to wait. This an ongoing problem with this corporation and you can view complaints on their facebook page to confirm this:

I did receive my payment 11/2/11 in the evening and want to thank Jehnna and Alexis from Customer Service for expediting this and bringing this to end.
