To whom it might concern

Tonight I ordered a pizza from the pizza Hut on Riverside at Jackson sts in Medford Oregon, around 5:30 Pm; I talked to a very nice lady, who told me, my phone number wasn't correct for the address I gave to get delivery.

I told her that I had switched to a cell number for personal reasons and that my land line was no longer in use. She placed the order with my new number, and said it would only be around 35 minutes, for the delivery, we ordered the pizza on our first glass of wine.

Around the fourth glass we wondered where the Pizza hut Pizza might be, I called back, talked to someone who, I guess gave me a manager, He said at that time that I had changed my number (phone) and they had tried to call me while delivering, with no avail.

I assured him that I was in the correct address, which we both agreed on, and he, said the pizza is on me, but give me your phone number again. On my 5th glass of wine I had to walk to the desk, to remember the number I wrote down because I've only had it for 3 days.

Your manager became irritated and told me after the second try at my number that I was being drunk, or, not leading him to believe I was behaving well. So, he rescinded his offer to buy the Pizza, and I cussed him out.

We went down the street to get Chinese food, had a good time, and went back to my place to finish off the wine. 2 10th's of a good Cabernet, I believe I've been insulted by this man, and my girlfriend wanted to go down there to the taco bell/pizza hut location and give her whatfer to him, I, using my sage wisdom after being in the restaurant business for 30 years told her it wouldn't do any good.ergo, my letter to you.

I will order from Domino's from now on, I hate their Pizza, in all honesty, Round Table is the best chain wise, and there are better independent's here than pizza hut. Whatever happened to the KFC/Taco Bell combination, much better!!!

Maybe you could read my letter again, I wasn't a raging drunk, I just couldn't remember the 3 day old cell number and had to walk to the desk to recite it. Then the manager told me I was drunk, I had only had 2 glasses of wine to that point, but, did get inebriated after the chinese dinner. Instead of calling me names, try realizing my frustration.

As much as I dislike Pizza Hut and they're product, I must disagree with you on some points. I think that you might have inadvertantly given them the wrong number. The reason that Pizza Hut gets that number from you is in case the driver has trouble finding you, he can call. Sometimes the best delivery drivers have trouble finding some addresses. He obviously tried to call and couldn't reach you. I'm sure the driver felt like this was a bad delivery. When you finally talked to the manager, obviously you gave him the wrong number again. I'm sure that this frustrated both he and the driver. THEY BOTH HAD A RIGHT TO BE IRRITATED.

You said yourself that you had alot to drink. I make wine and can tell you with what you consumed, I'm surprised that you could remember your name. You said that you'd only had the number a short time. I truly feel as though you made the mistake which led to everybody's frustration.

I don't like Pizza Hut or they're product. If there's one good thing that came from this, at least you won't be eating there anymore.....and they won't have to put they're drivers through the hassle of dealing with a drunk who can't remember their own phone number.

May God bless you.
