Complaint Review: Pizza Hut NPC International

For years there have been numerous reports made to Pizza Hut corporate in regaurds to the store manager smoking pot with employees, but they have been intercepted by the district manager and he is trying to cover up the drug use.  The employees at this location will all fail a drug test.  Why has corporate not come in and done a surprise drug test?  The employees at any given time are outside smoking drugs.  Personally, I don't understand why Pizza Hut does not have a mandatory drug test to get hired.  No one should have to be exposed to drugs just to go to the restaurant.  The manager is so far gone she doesn't know what she is doing. She plays favorites and turns her back when illegal things occur with her favorites.  The assistant manager steals constantly, he even gives friends free pizzas when they come through the drive through window.  I have been harassed and threatened by two employees myself.  I have witnessed drug trades, buying and selling.  The assistant manager, BM, traded pizza for pot while on the job too!  It seems when you try to report to corporate office, the district manager is able to intercept these reports.  A couple have made it to corporate.  They wonder why their number one store in this area is doing so horrible..... Go drug test your employees and then replace them with people who are drug free and have brain cells!  The employees are unable to function enough to even get an order correct.  Rudeness to customers. Foul language. Employees take home bags of chicken wings or what ever else they desire.  They cook and eat on the job without paying for it.  Pizza Hut is about to go under, that is why they pulled out the new menu line.  When all they had to do was drug test and hire employees with brain cells!
