Complaint Review: Pirple

Pirple I paid for an online course but they locked me out of their platform for no reason. I registered and paid through PayPal and I used my iPhone to do all that. I reached out to their help support (they only use email) but they keep sending me automated messages, I sent 8 emails so far!! San Francisco California

This Pirple (www.pirple.com) is supposedly an online course provider. I came through their ad on Instagram and I registered and paid for one of their courses. I used my cellphone to register and pay, I paid through PayPal and I have proof of payment. When I jumped to my pc to start my course I was not able to login into my account that I was able to login to my phone earlier after registering. I entered my credentials which I am sure are accurate but they won't let me in. I tried their "Forgot your Password" feature but it also won't work. They keep on telling me they will send an email to reset my password but it has been 3 days now! Usually those are automatic. 

I am not worried about the money mostly cos it wasn't much ($4.00) but I am very disappointed why they can't just help or refund people.
