PHILS RIP OFF AUTO REPAIR
I was involved in an auto accident which required body damage repair. I investigated serval shops in the area and was recommended Phils Paint and Body by a friend of his and mine.
I took my vehicle in for an estimate and was told they would work with the insurance company and see the job was done right.
They promised it would be done within a week, however it was several weeks before they had my car back to me.
The origininal estimate was replacing body parts with like factory parts, they did not do as stated, they used body putty after promising they would not, they charged for the original parts as if replaced.
They did not completed the job and when confronted with the above information they were verbally abusive and vulgar which is unprofessional and uncalled for espically to a woman. The paint job that was suppose to have been guaranteed is now flaking and will not be repainted.
