Complaint Review: Phillips Carlyle Or PCI

My story is much the same as the other people who were ripped off for thousands of dollars by Phillips Carlyle. They take your money, provide no services, and the few leads they do have don't apply to the field of interest, and the information is not from the hidden job market but from readily available public resources.

What's really frustrating is that the Better Business Bureau refuses to help, despite what they admit is dozens of complaints, and the Texas Attorney General looks the other way. I can only hope that filing this complaint will save someone else from Mark Brown's fraud and ripoff games.
