According to thier website PH Development has a super safe 30 day money back guarantee and that alone would make a customer comfortable in ordering from a company, but don't believe them. They will not refund your money. Also, when they ask you to send them a cashier's check, do not send it, they will definitely ripp you off.

They are false advertising and must be reported to Steve Cooley, D.A. (District Attorney), the Los Angeles County District Attorney in PH Development's area.

I wish that I would have known about ripoffreport.com before I sent off any money to PH Development. From now on it will be in my favorites and I will look up a company before I make a purchase.
