On January 1, 2018, I saw this ad that poped up on the Internet advertising an advanced IQ smart pill promoted by Bill Gates, Anderson Cooper, and National Geographic magazine for $4.95 (Boost your memoryhoustonTX),but they also chared me $5.99 (Nutrabalance LLC888-6100410IN) . Unfortunately I felt on the trap and used Capital One credit card, and to my surprised I received another shipment which I sent back immediately and called Capital One and asked them to cancel my credit card  because that has been a scam/fraud, and the price of the bottles turn to be $89.97 and $86.94, and the charges to the present are $386.29.

Capital One sent me another credit card that they activated themselves, and another credit card that they also activated themselves in order to keep on charging me.  I spent endless hours and days dealing with the issue, and receviing endless papers from capital One that they have received from the criminals. Therefore being this case very complex I would have to respond and fax an answer back to Capital one with a letter stating that I never received any kind of documents by the merchant regarding any kind of sales receipt, invoice, or terms of purchase agreements, neither I was advised of any policy at the time of the sale. Capital One doesn't acknowledges that they received my fax, and I have the confirmation sheet.

I did receive shortly after 3 emails from support@healthylifecorp.com regarding order cancellation which I faxed to Capital One but my charges kept on going  up to $386.29, and I am sure on my next statement there will be more charges. My personal feeling is that Capital One (Master Card) is profiting from this scam/fraud. How can I put and end to this Internet fraud. Is there any individual/company out there that would be able to take this case and to help me.

Thank you
