Pep Boys replaced the struts on my car when it was the bushings that were bad. As soon as I drove off, it was clear that the problem was not fixed. How could the Pep Boys mechanics not realize that the problem still persisted? Pep Boys refunded me $45.00 on a wasted $533.00. When I took the car to the dealer, they said that it was the bushings that were causing the problems. Pep Boys refused to refund all my money. This was a ripoff.
