I got all four  brand new tires installed for my Toyota Sienna minivan 2012 from Pep Boys autoparts &services Niagara falls blvd Amherst location 14226.I got this service in the evening of 29th June 2018 and on July 3,2018 while i was loaded with 4 passengers on thruway 290 w in the mid night rear driver side tire came off as a result back fender was broken.I towed my car through highway police to yard and next morning I took vehicle to Pep Boys location where i had got the tires installed.They kept my work vehicle in there posession for 5 days until the evening of July 7th with the consent and understanding to fix it at no additional charges but when i got my vehicle back back fender was broken like before and front fender became worse although it was ok when i handed them vehicle after the incident.They had promised to change the rim for rear driver side tire but after 5 days keeping work vehicle in possession they returned vehicle with same damaged rim.I lost work income approximately 300 dollars a day which is 1500 USD for all those 5 days.I understand this shop is not doing autobody but they did not get it done from any other autobody. I did file a complaint over phone with Customer service of Pep boys to speak with district manager on July 7th and i was told that he will call me back on Monday July 10,2018 but until now no body called.No body is ready to take responsibilty and pay for my loss.
