Complaint Review: Penatropin

I purchased Penatropin from their officail website and the delivery was fast, but then I was surprised when a second package arrived few days later and  my credit card was charged again but this time with the express shipping fee (the most expensive). I felt very disappointed beacause it never ever happened to me. This people are quite weird alright. I am afraid that they will send me another pack and charge me again, if they do I will post another complain here. Sincerely; J.S.

These so-called “customer complaints” are a complete fake anonymously posted by a competitor based in Canada pretending to be a customer (we tracked them down). Let us set the record STRAIGHT about these absurd comments, and provide you with the real facts about Penatropin, our doctors, our billing practices, and our formula, all of which have come under attack from these phony comments. 

We go into each false attack in great detail below – but for those of you in a hurry here is our response in a nutshell.  Our doctors are not fake. Dr. Mark Saginor is an endocrinologist in Century City, California and is graduate of Harvard Medical School. Google his name to verify. He is Hugh Hefner’s doctor (Google “Dr. Mark Saginor Hugh Hefner” to verify as well) and President Ronald Regan appointed him to his National Fitness Council. Hardly a fake! Dr. Wichai Cherdshewasart is also very real. Google his name and U.S. Patent number 6,673,377. Put his name in YouTube as well. He has patents around the world. Google Australian patent AU2000070386 as another example. He is certainly not a fake but a scientific superstar! We do not do ANY auto-billing. None. Zero. Zippo. Completely false – we don’t need to because Penatropin works so well that men re-order on their own. Our pills are not filled with sugar and baking soda. Open a capsule and you will see. Penatropin is a fantastic product and is already #1 in Canada and Australia and is on pace to be #1 in America and Eastern Europe by July. We are a great company with great products used by many of the top adult film stars in the world including Rocco Siffredi, Tommy Gunn, Evan Stone, Nacho Vidal and superstar Ron Jeremy (who is not an alcoholic as absurd post claims). These are the REAL FACTS. Below is a far more in-depth response to this bogus post attempting to sabotage Penatropin.

To address the claim that our Harvard doctor does not exist; - Dr. Mark Saginor, is indeed a Harvard Medical School graduate. He is a highly regarded endocrinologist, who has a beautiful office in Century City, California, and is affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, one of the top hospitals in America. Simply Google Dr. Mark Saginor and you will see he is not a fake.  See if his medical degree from the worlds #1 medical school is fake. His endorsement of Penatropin, and review of the clinical studies of our formula, are invaluable. Former President Ronald Reagan appointed him to his presidential council on fitness, and he has been Hugh Hefner’s doctor for many years. You don’t have to take our word for it, because it’s all on the Internet for you to verify.  Do you know how impressive this is?  How many Harvard Medical School graduates are there? Less than 250 people graduate each year with an MD from Harvard. How many doctors does Hugh Hefner have? How many doctors did President Ronald Reagan appoint to his fitness council?  The claim the Dr. Mark Saginor does not exist or is not an accredited doctor is simply false and untrue.

This phony post also claims that Dr. Cherdshewasart is a fake doctor, and does not exist either. The absurd post goes on to make fun of Dr. Cherdshewasart simply because he is Asian, and then proceeds to question his credibility because he is not­­­ American. This is disgusting, racist, and shameful. Google Dr. Cherdshewasart.  He is a brilliant scientist, research­er, a professor, and a patent holder in the United States and 27 other countries around the world!  Go to the website “pubmed.gov”, a website run by the U.S. Government, and type in Dr. Cherdshewasart’s name. You will see some of the numerous studies he has published. Or you could go to “asiaandro.com”and type in his name, and view his published study on Butea Superba.  Just because a study is not done in America doesn’t make it invalid. The U.S government website “Pubmed.gov” thought highly enough of it that they decided to publish it on their website. Do you know how few doctors have published studies? Do know how hard it is to get a United States patent?  It’s an incredible achievement.  He is a professor at Thailand’s most prestigious college, Chulalongkorn University.  Google U.S. Patent 6,673,377 and you will see that Dr. Cherdshewasart is the inventor of the patent for Butea Superba extract and Pueraria mirifica, and its effects on erectile function. Google Australian patent AU2000070386 and you can see his registration in that country as well. Remember, this is NOT a “patent pending”, this is a patent that has been GRANTED!! Meaning, its claims were reviewed in-depth by the patent board, and then the patent was awarded. This is not some ordinary accomplishment, this is something very few people ever achieve in their lifetime, and it is very, very impressive. This is not some lie or fake claim either, you can see for yourself by Googling the information mentioned above. The claim that Dr. Chershewasart does not exist is simply false and untrue.

Dr. Cherdshewasart’s unique Butea Superba extract is a main ingredient in Penatropin. Dr. Cherdshewasart did the research. He is proudly displayed on the homepage of our website, and he works exclusively for our company.  Walk into any Wal Mart and you will see Zyrexin the current #1 selling male enhancement pill in retail stores. And what is their secret? It is Butea superba – BUT, Zyrexin contains way, way less Butea Superba than Penatropin, it’s not the specialized extract form, and it doesn’t have our other ingredients – yet it’s a blockbuster. What does that tell you about Penatropin? Guess which product is soon to be the best selling male enhancement product in the world? If you said Penatropin you guessed right!!  We are already # 1 in both Canada and Australia. In fact, in Australia we outsell the #2 product by 18 to 1.

Dr. Cherdshewasart is saddened by these phony attacks which have been used maliciously against him, his research, his achievements, and at our company by nameless and spineless competitors.  Not to mention the fact that these false claims go on to mock and poke fun of the Taguchi Prize, a prize which is a cherished and globally respected national science award in Thailand, which is only given to ONE person a year in the entire country; an award which Dr. Cherdshewasart WON! Sorry his name isn’t Bob Smith.  The world needs more men like Dr. Cherdshewasart – but look him up, read about him, or you can choose to listen to some fake “complaint” from a Canadian company pretending to be an unhappy customer of ours in order to slander our amazing product. (Guess which male enhancement pill is the #1 selling pill in Canada in only 9 months? If you said Penatropin you guessed right!) We won’t lower ourselves to even mention the company or the person behind this fake posting – but we know who they are. Their marketing director who is behind this attack has the initials T.N. We just want to correct these lies, and let the consumers be informed about the truth. Also, if you want to see Dr. Cherdshewasart speak, just go to YouTube and type in “Professor Cherdshewasart” and you will see him at the 2011 SAB Convention discussing Pueraria Mirifica.

Moving forward, another false accusation to be clarified: Billing Scam and Auto-Billing.  This is a desperate claim by this competitor to scare you away from our product in hopes you might buy their product. This fake post claims to have been “Billed multiple times, over-charged, and that we are a billing scam.” This is another blatant lie. There is not one single complaint about us doing this, and do you know why? It's because we do not offer free trials and we do not have any auto-billing offers.  The only way you are charged for anything from our company is if you order it and we only charge exactly what is shown on our order form, not a cent more.  We NEVER, EVER automatically send out more product and bill you. Look at the Penatropin order page on our website. There is no sneaky fine print about future shipping or memberships or auto ship clubs.  We offer 1, 3, 5, and 7 bottle packages that you must pay for only one time. That's all. Once you buy there is no reason to charge you again.  You must re-order on your own, we don’t auto-ship to any customer.

As for the ridiculous claim about our product's ingredients or that there is “sugar” in our product; there could be nothing farther from the truth. This fake post claims to have a sister that is a chemist at a “real drug company” and they have tested our product and it is nothing but sugar, baking powder, and worthless herbs.  Does this sound credible? It is beyond absurd. We are to believe that some customer bought a bottle of Penatropin for under $40, sent it to a drug company where his sister is a chemist, and she then performed a clinical laboratory analysis on our product? (A process that costs thousands of dollars to do and takes weeks for accurate results) Really? Really?! Even the most gullible person in the world would have trouble believing that lie. Plus, it seems odd a man would let his sister know he is taking male enhancement pills. Most of our customers tend to be very discreet about their purchase.

Penatropin contains our unique Butea Superba Extract, Propionyl L-Carnitine HCL and Acetyl L-Carnitine HCL. That is it. No baking powder. No sugar. When you get your order of Penatropin, simply open one of the capsules and look at the ingredients, and you will see it is not sugar or baking powder, neither of which could produce the results Penatropin does. Put some on your tongue and you will see it is actually a little bitter, not sweet like sugar. Furthermore, we are NOT a DRUG company. We spoke to Mr. Jeremy about these false charges and he is disturbed that he would be called an alcoholic, and that his statements and use of our product are unjustly being treated as lies. He said people are free to email him directly at ronjermeyhello@gmail and he will explain to you that all of the things written about him here are totally false. He loves Penatropin and uses it.

So, as you can see, as the facts are slowly revealed, it becomes harder and harder to believe these slanderous anonymous posts from a supposed customer of ours, claims falsely stating that: we have fake doctors that don’t exist, our pills are nothing more than sugar and baking soda, we will charge your credit card repeatedly without you knowing, Ron Jeremy is an alcoholic and on and on and on.  Why don’t they also just say that we shot Abe Lincoln and made the Denver Broncos lose the Super Bowl! The claims are absurd, but they needed a response to set the record straight no matter how far-fetched or foolish they are.

Fortunately for us though, facts don’t lie. If someone says Dr. Saginor and Dr. Cherdshewart are made up people and they do not exist, well it’s pretty easy to show that they do.

BEWARE of the company "superbalife" that sells Penatropin and Loginexxx they are all the same scammers. I ordered Penatropin and was over billed and the product does NOT work! I have tried fora  refund multiple times and they are very elusive in responding if at all. I did some research and found out that these guys have multiple lawsuits filed against them. And TONS of complains online just google "superbalife" this is the same company.  Don't be fooled by the rebuttles on the complaints they are writing their own and LYING to the public. And RIPPING consumers off!!!  Stay away from Penatropin, Longinexxx and any other products the Superbalife llc is selling.
