I bought a Samsung 32 cubic foot refrigerator from PC Richards local location 3 years ago. I also purchased PC Richards extended warranty for the refrigerator. The ice maker keeps breaking and leaking water all over my kitchen floor. This started happening a year and a half after buying the fridge. I tried filing a claim against my warranty and they sent a service technician out to fix it. Unfortunately that service call only fixed the problem for about a week. I am now 3 years into this refrigerator, and they have sent a technician out SEVEN times already to fix the issue. They have done everything from replacing parts of the ice maker to even replacing the entire ice maker the last time. Now they SEVENTH time they came out and still won't declare it UNREPAIRABLE. Only this time the entire fridge stopped working and I can't get the temperature to stay below 45 degrees. I have now lost over $500 worth of food, and 7 days from work staying home and waiting for service technicians for SEVEN different service calls to fix the same issue. PC Richards refuses to replace the refrigerator or give me store credit.

This fails to mention that they have been pushing Samsung products on me even after Samsung had a class action law suit brought against them for this very issue with these very refrigerators, back in 2012. I learned yesterday that there is ANOTHER pending class action lawsuit agains Samsung for this exact issue with this exact product. However PC Richard keeps pushing this refirgerator and won't replace it when it goes bad

I will never buy another product from them again, it's Best Buy all the way from now on. They at least honor their warranty and will replace defective merchandise that they push off on you.
