Do not respond to emails. Do not provide the money back guarantee that they advertise on their website. They took $400 from me for a Dyson blow dryer. When I told him it was not a Dyson blow dryer and it didn’t work they took absolutely no responsibility. They certainly didn’t pay me back. I’m out $399. This company is a scam.
