I went to my ENT Doctor and after discussing it with my Doctor, I decided to have nasal surgery. I was all set for the end of November of this year. Then, when i looked on the calendar for November. I realized that the Surgery scheduler, Sara, put down the same date as my payday/ bill pay date. I called Sara back and told her there was no way I could have surgery on the day I was to pay my bills. Sara said she could not change my surgery date to accommodate me. Sara said I would have to have my labs done again. I told her I just had my lab work done and I was not having it done, again. I asked to speak to a supervisor or office manager. I was connected to a Patient Advocate. Her name was Erina.  Erina was worse than Sara. Erina, said she could not give me a surgery date until January of 2019! I told her, "I could be dead by then. it is no fun when you cannot breathe." Erina said, "Well, you can still breathe from your mouth!" I said, "So, Sara canceled my surgery without asking me,"Do you want to reschedule?" Erina said, "Yes." My point is, these two already canceled me out without asking me if I wanted to reschedule.  First of all, there is no reason for bad behavior. and secondly, if I ever said that to a patient, I would have been fired instantly. I am retired from the healthcare profession.  There is NO WAY one should ever speak to a patient like that. Something must be done to get these so-called, healthcare professionals out
