Complaint Review: Park Plaza Apartment

I rented apartment from Park Plaza Apartment. When I moved out I was only one day late turn in my key. The property manager didn't like it so to be smart she charge me one full month I didn't know at that time. I was charged a full month until 2020 when I look at the paperwork. They didn't try to sue me in 2004 or 2005. They waited until 2008 to bring a judgement against me. I never knew anything about this judgement. Then they waited until 2020 16 years later to garnish my check at the worse time in history covid-19.

If they felt I owe them back in 2004. Why didn't they come after me in 2004 or 2005 when the bill was at $683.40. I was living right around the corner at 6300 Greenspring Ave apartment complex. To be smart they waited until interest got to be $583.65 now the bill is at $1253.51.  Park Plaza Apartment is a greedy and heart less company that taken advantage of me. Everyone need to be beware of this company so this won't happen to you.
