PapersHelm PapersHelm is a company that help you you with writing your papers. I needed to meet a deadline and decided to get help from this company. My paper was due Sunday by 6pm. I checked my email no paper. I did a live chat, they said it would be ready in 8 hours. That put me pass my due time. 8 hours went by, still no paper. I called the 866 number. They said it would be ready in six hours, then next call 3 hours, next call 5 hours. I called until Tuesday night, still no paper. I have ask several times for a refund, which is over a$100 dollars. I have yet to receive my refund Stow Ohio
I have called this company twice today, the only thing they do is continue to lie and send excuses in their email. They did not deliver my paper nor have they given me my money back. I would like to know what I would like a refund like they claim they would do if you are not satified with your paper
