PANELCRAFT Minneapolis Roofing company that don't give a DAM!!!
PANELCRAFT one of Minnesotas largest remodeling company was hired by my wife and I to reroof our house. We have an older house and it needed a new roof badly we decided to go with a so called renowned company. The roof needed to be braced, torn off and reroofed.
Contract was signed in feb 98 with half the deposit paid up front, Ii continusally called for over six months to have them start the job.
Finally after over 60 phone calls which I have a record of I got
them to start in the middle of Oct.98. Well after three roofing
subcontractors the roof was finished (according to them} but that was a joke. They had totally disregared all my requests. We had thousands of nails potruding thruogh our eves and attic, ridge vents not cut at all and interior damage to all our closets from the excessive hammering of the nails.
All of the carpentry done on our eves was minimal and only covered up the rotten wood.
Many months have past and we are still going around with this company,if you intend doing any work on your house avoid this company like the plague. They are the most incomptent non caring people you will ever have the misfortune to meet.
This is an abbreviated report of all the problems I have had but I'm sure you get the picture.
