Pandaremit.com They promised to transfer the money in few mins and It's been days and I still dint get the money

I normally go to compareremit.com to compare my exchange rate and see which company gives good rate and how fast they can trasnfer the money. I had to transfer money to India and I saw that this company Pandaremit.com says they will transfer money in few mins and with decent exchange rate. So I downloaded the panda remittance app and completed all the verfications and sent the money. I have not received the money even after money is deducted from my account. I can also see the status in the app that money is received by thier bank. So I followed up with their customer service team and they mentioned my money should come by that night or tomorrow morning. Next day I still dont see money so again I checked with the customer service and now they are saying it will take another day. I am not sure if they are legitimate money transfer company or just ripping me off. I would caution everyone before using this company.
