I paid $330.65 for The Palatial Petals Louboutin 24 Red Roses - Love Heart - White box. The preserved roses were never delivered to the addressees. In lieu of preserved roses, the addressees received 2 pens that were delivered in a box that was 7 inches long. The pens were worth $2.00. The Palatial Petals Louboutin 24 Red Roses - Love Heart - White box require a 25 inches long box. I contacted Palatial Petals to let them know the preserved roses never arrived. Palatial Petals said they did. I provided Palatial Petals with evidence that the The Palatial Petals Louboutin 24 Red Roses - Love Heart - White box never arrived. Palatial Petals refused to give me a refund or send The Palatial Petals Louboutin 24 Red Roses - Love Heart - White box to the addressees. In the end I paid $330.65 for preserved roses that never arrived to the addresees. I want my money back.
