Overlapnt Never received merchandise would not refund Bellingham Washington
I ordered litter genie refills from their website on March 16, 2020. It is now June 3 and I have not received my merchandise. I contacted them several times by email asking for a refund and they just kept saying it was delayed due to covid 19 because it was shipping from China. They showed me a tracking number which did not show any real information on it- it just said something had shipped buy air
. on my second request they just sent me the exact same information again so I believe it is a scam. I asked them to refund me and they refuse to do that. I paid $62.58. I will be calling my credit card to get the money back since they have refused to refund me. Do not order anything from this company, it is a scam.
