Ormite service@arshirly.com yuxiaoji3@gmail.com Bait and switch, false advertisement, refunds not possible, company insists on consumer sending it back to China at consumer’s cost making it impossible for resolution. They stole money from me China

Bait and switch, false advertisement; the item received is not the item advertised and ordered, and it was poorly packaged arriving damaged. Countless emails back and forth, they insist on my returning item back to China, even though it came through a California address, at my full expense, and refund only upon their inspection and approval, or a 10% discount.

They have made it impossible for any fair and satisfactory resolution to this problem. I am stuck with a damaged and extremely inferior version of the product advertised and sold by Ormite.com and ARShirly.com; yuxiaoji3@gmail.com; service@arshirly.com
