I had been employed here for a while, thinking it was a good career but I was wrong. At the orientation the district Mgr wanted people to succeed and grow in the company, and for that we need to obtained new clients, which would be our customers we would deal with
personally.I worked very hard and was very thourgh at what I did.The customers wanted my business card I told them Todd Bleeker was ordering them for me and the other techs. 3 months had passed no cards, I then wanted to further my career and requested schooling at Purdue University he said it takes 4-6 wks to arrive,2 months passed no books no cards. I asked again his responce it will be here. The customers I had gained trust andrespect were asking for the cards for this reason they only wanted me to treat them and no other tech.

I suggested they call the main office in Whitman MA and request for me. Todd had learned about this and told me you can not do that because there was no territorial. I had learned later on that Todd favors certain people and wants them to succeed the other people he will use them as a gopher and does not want them to succeed as long as he has control over them. The ones he does not like will treat you like dirt as long as he gets it his way.

I have learned he will stab you in the back to make him look good and you bad and won't stand up for the techs, which is why we lost 3 good techs including myself. The corp. office wonders why they lose the techs, if they
look at the way Todd treats the employees they may find the answer.

It sounds like a management problem, our managers are great,we keep loosing them due to promotions in the company. Eventually odds are we will get a bad one.
you can always transfer? change job titles in the company, or at worst if you like the field go with a competitor.best of luck
