Complaint Review: Original Diet Patch

I made an order from Original Diet Patch, paid them the less than $3 amount for the 'trial offer' then returned the next shipment that they charged me $169.95 for. I called sometime after I had returned it because I had not received a refund and was told it WAS indeed posted and should be credited to my account in 7-10 business days.

After that time period, I emailed them and received a quick response the first time, again though, with the same 7-10 business day answer. I've continued to email them, most recently was this week and now my emails aren't going through.

Every time I've been told that it will be 7-10 days. I'm afraid I've lost $169.95, which IS a substantial amount to me. The last reply that they DID send, said to let them know if I didn't receive my refund within 7-10 days, which is why I tried to email them the last two times, with no luck of an email going through. I have kept copies of these emails though. April or May to August is clearly more than 7-10 days and now I'm extremely worried because my emails won't go through.

I don't know what else to do. I'd appreciate your help. And I'm sorry, but they didn't give me any names, most emails were just signed by Customer Service, one was signed by a D.S. in customer service.
