Complaint Review: Orange Electronics USA LLC.

Orange Electronics USA LLC. They falsley represented themselves as Microsoft Support. and ripped me off of $199.99 claiming I had a 3 year contract to clean and fix the computer. When I needed help there was none to be had. Fayetteville North Carolina

My lap top malfunctioned while I was on vacation in California. I live in Massachusetts. Supposedly Microsoft contacted me to fix the problem and I was to have a 3 year contract with them . I paid $199.99 that started on September 4 2017 and went to September 4 2020. The woman Grace xmp ID: MMSC/1992x1011 Telephone # 1-844-809-2881. When I got the invoice it was from Orange Electronics, 5900 Kellys' Landing Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28306. I was given a number to contact a Microsoft technician. I used the service once and all went well. Today I needed assistance and the technician Mike said a tech would call. No call. Every time I tried to contact them I got a voice mail. left number to call back no return. I then went onto the internet, got a Microsoft technician and he told me that the number I was calling was not a micro soft technician and the Orange Electronics has no affiliation with Microsoft support and whoever contacted me also was. The first time I called for assistance was on 12/29/2017. They claimed they were from Microsoft and cleaned the computer. Today they were going to have a tech call. When I contacted Microsoft Support they said this company was a fraud and were falsely representing themselves as Microsoft Support.
