Complaint Review: ontrendspower

On July 19, 2018 I ordered 2 Artic Air Personal Air Conditioners from ontrendspower for 25.90 USD. I was to receive them within 3 to 4 weeks. On July 21 ,26 , Aug 8, 20, 21, 27, 28 Sept 4, 2018 I sent emails to ontrendspower and a carlotavidalmart@gmail.com to find out about my order. Nothing except on Aug. 8th did I receive any reply this was with a copy of my purchase order in which showed that I used my debt card for payment with the please be patient request. I decide to do so amateur sleuthing on the Internet and cone to find out that they closed the store and site. A little more digging and the company is supposed to be in Ontario Canada IP Add. 23.227.38.32 Ottawa Toronto Ontario Canada phone number +1.4165385457 My order number is 10597 supposed to be insured shipping. Come to find out in a statement on the bottom of my order sheet when you click on it that there is "no refund or exchange after 30 days" blurb and I find out that if you need for some reason to return a product from them that you don't send back to the company but to this address (for those who would like to know) Calle chuena 21 Huelva Huelva ES 21005 and this makes me very suspicious of them. In one of my emails the one on Aug. 27, 2018 I told them that if I didn't hear from them soon that I may go public about this order and now the site etc. is closed. All I want is my hard earned money back is that too much to ask of a company? Can someone please help me find answers, because I am in a quandary of what to do other than trying to go to a tv news station on this. Please help me. Thank you.
