Dropped off 7 shirts. After payment and pickup I realized I was given another person's shirt. Returned dress shirt. Made 3 phone calls, 2 visits, 3 emails, and 2 more phone calls. Someone by the name of Brooke called me and never followed up to resolve my situation. In addition, compensation for the dress shirt was rejected after several requests. Customer for 3 years and this is how I was treated. Buyer beware!
