Complaint Review: One Price Dry Cleaning

I brought in my garments for dry cleaning services. When I returned to pick them up there was a couple damaged shirts. I requested to speak to the manager. He stated the issue did not occur there. I can't swallow three of my best shirts being damaged and me not noticing at time of drop off. I requested to have the shirt rewashed and asked the manager if he would kindly reimburse me for the shirts if the stains were not to come out.
The manager than went into a rampage angry yelling at me saying he didn't damage the shirts. I refused to take them that day and stated I will be returning for them once the damage is removed.

When I returned on Friday May 9th 2008 to pick up the shirts now he said he didn't have any of my items and for me to leave or he will put a cap in me. I could not understand his terminology but other than argue with a person that has now committed a crime by stealing my garments has also threaten me in some form. As of today 05/09/2008 I'm out of my shirts and fear for what this mad man has threaten me with.
