I was with MetWest Mortgage begin with for 2 months then Ocwen Federal Bank came into the picture & all of a sudden I was always behind according to them.

In 2002 & 2003 they would call me at the end of every month at work. I told them to stop and they didn't, the call continued. I asked why are you harrassing me at my work, they replied "the computer dials automatically for them.

I was told to "Hold on a minute, I need to review your file". I said what do mean, hold on? I said you need to review my file then call me, but also I said stop calling me at work.

I had 2,000 gull stones 1 yr ago and was in the hopsital for 10 days, I almost died now I wish I would have. This really put me behind. My medical bills were over $70,000 and no insurance. I had been in contact Ocwen to explain the situation. No one was calling me back to help me with this problem.

I send them in April 2004, I sent them $1000. Western Union and they sent me a letter saying they were refusing payment. That I was past due too much, I was $2,000 past due.

They were charging up $95.00 a month just to send me a past due notice and labeled it as an attorney fee. I was told as long as they keep sending out this letter, I would be charged $95.00 per month.

Today I had my attorney do an emergency bankruptcy. I had only 2 hrs before my house was up for sale. In order for me to comply with the Chapter 13 I filed I have to pay on top of my normal payment of $443.10 per month but also $686.00 to make up for arrears.

If I miss one payment they will proceed with the eviction and my stay is lifted and out on my butt I go. So I am going to do a fash sale and get out from under Ocwen one way or another.

They just keep slapping all these charges on to my account. One of my ways out is suicide. This is what they have brought me in my head.
