Complaint Review: Oak Leaf Kids Academy

This is the worst daycare there is. The management team does not communicate very well. The owner (Mrs. Patel)  should not be an owner of a Business. When she does not like what she is hearing she will tell you she is done with you and done talking to you. She does not care so it would be pointless to ask for her. The Director Mrs. Moses will act one way and then go behind your back. They will tell the customers that they are wrong. They gossip to one another and do not keep things in confidentiality when told to keep it in confidentiality. They do not respect anyone there except themselves. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. They do not teach the children anything in my opinion. They do not teach them what they are eating. Everytime you go in there it is always a mess, or something is broke. This is a Horrible place to take your kids. The Playground was not up to code and they were not following the laws and rules of the correct surface height and there were safety hazards for the children. They did not correct the situation even after they were told and given a correction deadline date. It took a couple of months for this to be corrected. Out of the 11 deficiencies they have had only 4 of them were correct within the time limit given.
