In August 2020, I purchased a custom gear back (outdoor backpack) from this vendor. I noted that it is a small business, and I wanted to support the owner.

The company website states that it takes 2 weeks for the order to be delivered. I waited close to a month before contacting the vendor, because I wanted to be considerate of any COVID-related business difficulties. In early September, I sent a polite email inquiry.

The vendor and company owner, Sean Brady, told me that my order would be shipped out the following week.

I never received my order. 

I contacted the vendor again, and received no reply. With no choice left to recoup my $295, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Sean Brady, the company's owner, "disputed" my dispute by offering a copy of my receipt, but was unable to provide proof that my order was fulfilled. 

It is now mid-November. I contacted my credit card company, and the customer service rep told me that they are escalating my dispute. The rep also told me that my credit card company has several other open disputes with the company.

I am going to try to resolve the issue with my credit card company. If not, I will file a small claim against Sean Brady and Nor Hex.
