Problem description:
He came to fix our Subzero charged us $3,244.00 to "Fix" it, he pretended to fix it and put in new parts and then said it would take a few hours to see the fix but it was still broken! I called 8 times and he won't call me back. He claimed we had a "warrantee " for a year but it has been a week and he is a ghost. Desired
Resolution: Refund Desired Outcome
I want my money back and an arrest for fraud, because it is clearly a scam since has clearly done this to other people. He also falsely represented himself as an authorized sub zero repair company but when I called subzero they said he wan't.
