I particiapated in a survey for a customer satisfaction for Amazon Prime. The wrinkle cream was stated to be an award for taking the survey on October 2 2018.
On October 22 I wass charged $87.00 for a "subcription for thier product. This was an ongoing subcription monthly(?) at $87 each.
When I contacted their marketing Organization, they could not return the funds but offered a one time credit of $50 and a cancellation of my":subsciption"
