Complaint Review: Novu Skin Med Spa

These scam artists must be stopped.  Seriously.  Enough is enough.

Countless people have stated online and have gone through this.  They are offered a $29 facial online and then you come in, they cleanse your face and put moisturizer on it for a few minutes and then for 80 minutes they give you their schpeal and pressure you non-stop, so hard to enroll in a membership since they are members only.

There is no free facial.  It is a scam to get you in their facility for the mere purpose of pressing you to no end to get a membership that is $1500-4000.  If you say no, then the esthetician goes to get the manager to come in to pressure you.  These people must be stopped@!
