I booked a premium economy flight from NYC (New York) to London in April 2018.

Their website is filled with confusing items, including Americans need a visa to the UK which is not true.

Then they say you have 24 hours to cancel - not true.

They you can get a full refund if you book within a week - NOT TRUE.

I booked Norwegian Airlines despite all of their horrible reports because I thought I could get a good airfare. Boy was I wrong.

THERE IS NO U.S. OFFICE and NO NUMBER TO CALL. Norwegian Airlines is the #1 worst airlines in terms of complaints. I tried to call them to change my flight and it TOOK HOURS to even reach someone - they even tell you it takes 5 business days to respond to your email!!

Norwegian Airlines also takes American jobs in a sneaky way, but I'm not that concerned about it. But their 'no customer' service and their even worst 'no service' on the planes, says AVOID NORWEIGIAN AIRLINES AT ALL COSTS.

Here's the FINAL KICKER: If a Norweigian Air flight went down, you would get $0 compensation. If the seat hit you and you were injured you would get $0 compensation. It's not worth the chance flying this shifty, sneaky airlines that's trying to fly under the radar of U.S. authorities.

 

IT'S NOT WORTH IT. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. STAY FAR AWAY FROM NORWEGIAN AIRLINES.
