I dropped off my 2005 Mercury Mountaineer on November 9, 2006 because it was a lemon. I have been waiting for Norteast Lincoln Mercury to refund me the balance on the Extended Service Plan I paid for in 2005.

After countless tries, they are giving me the run around. After checking around, I realized that they over charged me in the first place. I paid $1600.00 for the ESP and a additional $400.00 for the Road Hazard Insurance.

I went to Ford's web site and applied for the ESP plan last month. I could have gotten the ESP for $1470.00 and only $55.00 for the road hazard insurance.

What ever you do, do not get the ESP plan at Northeast Lincoln Mercury. Purchase it on line.
