Complaint Review: norris huggins

my lawyer mr.huggins promised to assist me in obtaining a green card in 1996. he did nothing for all these years after i paid him 1000. which was refundable in full if he was un able to get the card.in may or 2001 he finally agreed that he was un able to get the card and agreed to reimburse me the 1000. to date i have not received a dime in reimbursement,despite several phone calls and visits.i am very fed-up and would like to know what i could do to make him pay.
