I have reached a resolution with Norris Ford Inc. in Brunswick, OH. It took a while but finally the owner, Mr. Pat Norris, agreed to cover the transmission replacement under a goodwill warranty. He has reimbursed $2350.95 to me which was the cost of the replacement less a $200 deductable.

I am now completely satisfied with Norris Ford Inc. and have no further complaints.
