noracora.com CHICV UK LIMITED I ordered an item on 4/28/20. On 5/2/20 I was told item shipped and would take 11-21 days to arrive. Item has not arrived and i demanded a full immediate refund. Was told item was in transit so they couldn't refund. Item is NOT in transit--I was given a phony tracking number. Rayleigh, Essex

I see from your website that another person was scammed in the same manner by this company.  Even though their business "address" (although they say it is "not their return address," whatever that means) is in England, it is clearly a Chinese company.  If I had known this, I never would've ordered from them
