This Auto Mechanic totaled our van while working on it. At this time we are asking him to renburse us for our auto insurance deductable and some money for a rental car.
He has not apologised for this accident and will not help us in any way for the trouble he has caused us. Now he wants us to pay for the repairs he had done before he crashed our van, or he will sue us.
