In February of 2021 I signed up for a sales coaching program at SalesProcess to improve my business.  The cost was $8300. In March 2021 I saw that the meeting hours (I live in Hawaii) were at 5:30am my time, and I contacted the company to say that I had been mistaken, and could not do the program.

Salesprocess would not return my emails for over six months.  They had no method to contact them by phone. When I finally got a hold of an associate on the phone, he promised a refund was in order, then avoided my texts for a week.  After a week he said "sorry, talked to Nick, he says he can't refund you this late."

So a company that makes itself unavailable to its disatisfied customers for six months, then says "too late" for a refund?  For an unused product?  A completely unused product!  A DIGITAL product with no wear and tear, and no logins from me!

Look it up, Nick: I haven't used a single webpage of yours.  Can't refund the money though? Nick Kozmin doesn't care about people.  He cares about his bottom line first.  Look thru his materials and you'll see what I mean.
