My son ordered Jordan 18's on November 6, 2003. Using money he saved umpiring Little League Baseball. He mailed a US Postal money order for $87.49 on November 6, 2003.
On December 2, 2003 he received the wrong shoes. On December 4, 2003 we were instructed to return the shoes by air to Canada at a cost of $7.65.
After 4 weeks with no shoes being received. I began sending e-mails after 10 - 12 e-mails I was finally contacted on February 2, 2004 at that time we were told the shoes we ordered were out of stock and that we would receive a full refund.
It is now February 17, 2004. 103 days since the intitial order was mailed and we have not received the merchandise or my sons refund.
