Did not receive an order purchased on December 5, 2004. After three attempts to contact the company (by e-mails and a letter), the NiceKicks.com has not responded or acknowledged my contacts.
This is very upsetting as the order was a Christmas gift for my son that he never received nor was I refunded/recredited the amount paid for the purchase.
This is an outrage and something should be done!

Well, guess what!! After all of my emails (3) and letter to the company explaining that I never received my order of 12/5/04 which was a Christmas gift for my son, I finally received a response. Xavier of NiceKicks.com emailed me today 2/10/05 and these were his kind words "just dispute the charges, that is the only way that you will recieve a refund for the shoes." How insensitive and unbusiness-like!!!!!!
So I did just that, I called my bank and disputed the charges and requested an investigation. Thanks Xavier for his shrewd advise.
