NextCard ripoff fraud business consumer fraud Omaha Nebraska
Close to two years ago I applied online for a Nextcard Visa because of instant approval. I received the card and started to use my card with a 2700.00 limit.
Fast forward a year later and I'm informed the company is going out of business. I can no longer use my card, but must continue to pay the minimum monthly payment.
Here's what has made me incredibly angry.
My minimum payment is $56 a month. They usually charge me $56.75 in finance charges! NOTHING IS GOING TO THE ACTUAL BALANCE TO PAY IT OFF!!
I've tried calling and going to the website to no avail. This is one HUGE screwjob and something needs to be done. I know they can not get away with this!
