Complaint Review: New You Underwear

New You Underwear Won't answer emails to cancel, no phone, website doesn't work Hayden Idaho

I wanted to see how much it would cost to place an order.  I was NOT given the opportunity to review my order.  Thus the order was placed and charges for $34.96 and $35.98 was debited from my bank account.  I have no idea how they knew my account information.  I DID place an order about a year ago. I doubt I was given an oppurtunity to SAVE MY ACCOUNT INFO.  I wouldn't do that.

Within minutes I sent a message to support@trynewyouunderwear.com AND support@newyouunderwear.com.  I have since then resent the email 2 more times.  No reply.

Because they say orders will be shipped within one day, it worries me that they will ship the order before they get the email.  I have researched and researched and I cannot find a phone number for this company.  The web address newyouunderwear.com cannot be found.  

I need the refund and if I don't get it, I'm not sure what I can do.
