Hi everyone thank you for reading my report i wanted to save on my cell phone bill and decided to switch over to this horrible company i have an unlocked  phone its a nokia purchased the sim card at compusa~tigerdirect and the activation card at a near by store at my residence the transfer was difficult in the beginning the average wait time for costumer service 30~90 minutes or they simply hang you up because they too busy with other costumers and ask you to call back later if you try to solve the problem on there website they ask you to call costumer service the sim card i purchased was faulty

the company sent me a new one but when i tried to transfer the service and my# they have no record of anything in there computer i tried 3 times i completly give up today contacted an attorney and writing a letter to Fcc because they cant take   people money and not provide service anything coming out of Miami is garbage please stick to reliable companies who actually have the resources to maintain integrity,quality and service my loss is precious time and 60 usd due dilligence is a must when its comes to your money in todays world.
