I never used to be prejudice but I'm starting to get that way.
When I found out the owner is Ibraham Salah and he was using a fake American name.... I knew this guy doesn'g follow the rules.
This guy has only been using the Neptune name since April of 2022. Why does he keep changing his name? I'll tell you why. To hide all the bad reviews he received using different names.
Run from any company where they use fake names and they have only been in business for 6 months. Not Good!
My car was damaged. Ibrahim Salah said "it is not my fault". Yes it is... you chose the idiot carrier that moved my car. The buck stops with you. You did nothing. You blocked my phone number. You are a con-man. Boy did your sales pitch fall apart as soon as the carrier damaged my car! You are a d**n liar.
