Complaint Review: NCO

NCO has recently acquired my account with Axsys Financial Bank. A computer had been purchased on my account by my husband, along with the additional warranty, only to have it break within the first 3 months and Axsys refused to honor the warranty. I told them to pick up the computer, as I would not be making any more payments. I have explained this to NCO. The computer sits in a shed, and I am still being harassed by this company. I have moved, changed my number, and changed it again, only to have them still obtain my unlisted phone number.

My phone company has assured me that it was not given out by them. I have been lucky enough not to have to speak to them, as I have caller id & don't answer unknown numbers. I know that it is them calling due to a few messages on my machine from Mr Paterson, the same man I get letters from. Tonight I made the mistake & answered, then realizing who it was, hung up the phone. I know what the laws are, & they were broken tonight when they called at 9:15pm. How can they obtain my number when the only people who have it are the phone company & family who won't give it out?
