I received another bill from NCO Fiancial Systems about a
collection for an AT&T long distance phone call. Well My Phone company that I have is Bell South not AT&T. I told NCO that and they stated the clam was unvaled. That went fine. Then I received another bill from NCO again.

This time I called Bell South and the operator went on line with me, NCO and AT&T. Bell South told them that. I was not a AT&T customer at the time of the bill and thier is no way that I could have made the call without it being billed through Bell South.

Well, then they wanted to talk to me without Bell South being on line. OK, The man then toled me. If I wanted my so called bill deleated. I would have to change over to AT&T. I told them that they were out of their minds and it was extortion. I told them I wanted to see the bill. They did and what was on it was only my name and address. The other party was not even on thier. This occured in 1993 During that time of this so called billing. I was in chapter 13 Bankruptcy. A creditior search was done and AT&T long distance nor NCO Financial Systems was in the results.

It is now 2/10/05. Someone needs to tell NCO Financial that thirty days is way past. Now these people are starting to get me pissed off. Time to do something about it. That is why I cam here. To my suprise I am not the only one with a phoney bill.

I also found out that NCO viloated the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by reporting false, deceptive and misleading information back in 1994 in United Statees District Court in Eastern Pensylvania.

I will like now to state that anyone that received a Collection bill from NCO Financial Systems Inc. You should consider the bill fraudulent If their has ben moneies takeing out of you accounts without your permissiong that is theft. If you have been threatened in some matter that is extortion. All of these are chriminal acts. Please contact the FBI In your state and regesture a complant. You can also contact United States Attorney
