Navien American Inc December 27th my Navien tankless waterheater went out. I have a board and care facility for six developmentally disabled adults. I had to boil water on the stove for eight days.to until it was repaired. This was unacceptable! Irvine California
On Dec 27th our Navien tankless water heater went out. It was not repaired until Jan.5th. I have a board and care for developally disabled I had to boil water on the stove for six baths every day and for houshold chores. This is not acceptable!
