Around the begining of October, 2017, I signed up for a "free trial" for Nature's Garcinia Cambogia and Slim Cleanse and it claimed that I was only going to be charged for shipping. When I received my credit card statement I was charged in full ($152.80 and $158.84) a couple of weeks later. I did not consent to any information about signing up for a subscription or see any information about returning any products within a certain timeframe if I wanted to cancel and get a refund.
I contacted my bank and they advised me to contact the comapny and cancel my subscriptions. I called both companies and managed to cancel (with great diffuculty) both subscriptions and thought that would be the end of it. I called back my bank stating that I managed to cancel the subcriptions with reference numbers and was told to wait and see if they would charge me again.
On December 8, 2017 I reviewed my lastest credit card statement and saw that they charged me again for another order of the merchandise which came in the mail a couple of days before reviewing my estatements online. On December 9, 2017, I called my bank again reminding them of my situation and giving them the cancellation references numbers so they can pursue damages/dispute and was advised again to call back the companies and get a return merchandise authorization address so I can return the merchandise back to the companies. Later that day I tried calling these companies and got a voicemail saying that they are closed and to call back during regular business hours. I also sent an email asking for the RMA address and now I'm waiting for a response and will call them again on Monday for a follow up.
